S.A. Signs & Wraps is a family owned and operated signs and vinyl wrapping company based in Mississauga, ON, Canada. The company was founded by Antonio Del Monte in 1988, and he now leads the current team of designers & installers, alongside his son, Adam. Both Anthony and Adam are passionately creative people who attribute their company's success to making high quality, creative design the #1 priority for every project. Their bold, striking designs have always gotten them noticed and it will continue to be what sets them apart from their competitors.

S.A. Signs & Wraps has been serving many different businesses, large and small, across the Greater Toronto Area and beyond for over 35 years. Their experience in the industry allows them to provide intelligent direction and precise execution with the creative insight to know how to best meet each customer's specific needs. Today, they pride themselves in the ability to offer a wide variety of custom services to both businesses and consumers. For many years they have delved much deeper into vinyl wrapping, doing many types of wraps for a variety of markets such as work vehicles, personal cars, motorcycles, boats, walls/windows/floors, sports helmets, kitchen appliances, musical instruments & more! In recent years, they have also become heavily involved in the sports market, starting with their popular Mask Wraps Division. Anthony and Adam are big hockey fans so they crave for hockey-related projects. Since 2017, they have completed over 2,000 goalie helmets and have worked with goaltenders from the top leagues in the world including the IIHF, PWHL, ECHL, OHL, CHL and NCAA. Additionally, they have become known for their elaborate LED dressing room ceiling signs for multiple high-level teams including the OHL's Brampton Steelheads.
For the future, they are excited to bring forth a new section of the website called the "Customizer Express Online Store" where their customers will be able to buy highly creative custom products on-demand. That includes sign products for businesses, custom products for goalies and hockey teams, as well as consumer products like collage celebration signs or wooden wedding signs. They are excited for what the future holds.

OUR HISTORY
In 1988, Anthony Del Monte decided to turn his passions for art and sign-making into a new business. He registered the company under the name San Antonio Signs, named after his Italian birth name, Antonio, and his wife's name, Sandra. It represented his Italian background and his faith, as the name translated to English is Saint Anthony. This is inspired by a verse in the Bible that reads "to those who are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints" (1 Cor. 1:2). Today, we go by the abbreviation S.A. for San Antonio/Saint Anthony, as well as internal mantras that we live by: Supreme Artistry and Servant Attitude - representing who we are and why we do this. Our faith is a big part of our purpose and so we have a greater mission that motivates us every day. We are inspired to work hard, using our creative gifts so that we can raise money for important initiatives that help our communities and people in need.

THE ERA OF SIGN PAINTING
Back when the company began, the sign industry was very different. No computers, no Photoshop or Illustrator, no large digital printers or vinyl cutters, and no vinyl wrapping... everything was done manually and it was the era of sign painting. Anthony mastered the art of hand-painted signs but quickly had to adapt to the ever changing industry and constantly learn the new technologies and new techniques. Over this period, Anthony was forced to become a master craftsman of many different skillsets within the sign world from new computer software & cutting machines, to weeding & vinyl-application, to sign fabrication & installation, to construction & electrical, to digital printing and vinyl wrapping. For many years, Anthony served his customers' every need all on his own, doing whatever it took to satisfy his customers. Day or night, hot or cold, rain or snow, he got the job done and served his customers well. But soon, all of his skills and knowledge would be crucial to help him build the company further, training new workers within different departments, doing different roles.
GROWTH & NEW LIFE
By 1998, Anthony and his wife had 4 kids and as they grew up, each one of them would assist their father in his many sign adventures and artistic endeavors. They all adopted their father's creativity but his youngest son, Adam, decided to join the company full-time after earning his Bachelor in Graphic Communications Management at Ryerson University in 2020. Adam's design abilities and online marketing skills gave the company a terrific presence online, showcasing Anthony's impressive projects over the years. They formed a partnership that quickly proved successful as the company witnessed substantial growth year after year since then. A new shop, new equipment and a talented new team of designers and installers. In 2022, Anthony & Adam incorporated the company under a new name, S.A. SIGNS & WRAPS INC.
THE RISE OF MASK WRAPS
A big part of the company's growth, was the rise of MASK WRAPS. Anthony did the very first goalie mask design in the 1996, cutting many pieces of vinyl on his first vinyl cutter, and sticking them one by one on a friend's goalie mask. But it wasn't until 2017 that Anthony & Adam figured out the art of fully wrapping a helmet in a custom printed design. They were both amazed by the final result and knew right away that this was something special. Anthony taught Adam how to wrap the masks and from there, Adam grew the business and unleashed his creativity making stunning designs that competed with the top airbrush artists. For 4 years, he designed and wrapped every helmet himself, until the company grew to the point where he had to begin hiring and training a team. He developed a new system that could efficiently produce many masks while still maintaining high quality and great prices. They have now completed over 2,000 helmets and have worked with goalies from the top hockey leagues in the world such as the IIHF, PWHL, ECHL, KHL, OHL, CHL & NCAA, and serve other sports such as Karting, Baseball, and Lacrosse.
THE FUTURE
Today, we are proud of how far our company has come to and the current team of creative individuals we have in place. We are always wanting to push the envelope creatively and set a high bar for the quality we offer. We appreciate the tremendous feedback we have gotten from our customers, with now over 500 5-star reviews on Google and earning the 2025 Consumer Choice Award for the best sign company in the Peel Region. We have had the privilege to do work for some large companies and as big hockey fans, it's been exciting working with notable hockey teams like the Toronto Scepters (PWHL), the Brampton Steelheads (OHL), and the Toronto Patriots (OJHL) doing elaborate arena and dressing room signs. We are very grateful for the growth & success we have had in recent years and we look forward to what's ahead.
